Stimulus: Get Things Done Before Lunch

If you achieve results in the morning you will be more productive throughout the day. In sports, it is obvious: teams or runners who lead at halftime, often win in the end. Statistics on work organization show the same effect. Those who start the day with positive results feel better and accomplish more. If you can plan yourself, start with a big topic, because in the morning you are fresh. If you are rushed by appointments, take two or three smaller things and close them. Prepare your to-do list in the evening. Next day, you can consciously start with something important and cross it out. You will feel it: The day runs better.
